• Contact details. Your work email address and company name, collected for the BidFilter demonstration.
• Company bidding criteria. The trade, project types, service area, project size, exclusions and preferences you enter in the demo request form.
• Tender documents. Tender invitations, documents and any decision information you choose to email to test@bidfilter.sh. Sending tender documents is voluntary.

Tender information and bidding criteria are used to provide the demonstration you requested: to prepare a BID, REVIEW or PASS qualification and send it to you by email. Your contact details are used to correspond with you about the demonstration and BidFilter.

The demo request form is submitted through Formspree, a form service that delivers each submission to us by email. Tender documents you send are received in our email inbox.

Your information is not sold. Tender information is not made available to other customers.

You can ask for your contact details, bidding criteria and tender documents to be deleted at any time by emailing test@bidfilter.sh.
